Setting the Anchor: Your Tech Stack Audit
Before we push for the summit, we need to inventory the rack. This audit isn't a test; it’s a gear check. We’re looking to see what tools you’re carrying, what’s weighing you down, and what’s going to help you clear the next ridge.

The Route Ahead
- The Mission: Mapping out your digital ecosystem so we can navigate for you.
- Duration: Under 10 minutes if you’ve got your tech stack memorized.
- Ground Rules: There are no "wrong" answers. We just need an honest look at your current equipment so we can lead the way effectively.
How to Navigate the Audit
We’ve broken this down by category, listing the "standard-issue" tools we see most often on the mountain, but every climber’s kit is different. If the terrain gets confusing, use the software examples as your guide. Here’s a few examples for how to read the signs:
- Workspace Hosting: Where does the "heavy lifting" happen? (e.g., Email, file storage, and core docs).
- Customer Relations: Which CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is acting as your basecamp for client data?
- Internal Communication: How does the team signal each other? (Chat apps, etc.)
Note on the "Other" Option: If you don't see your tool, if you aren't sure what you use, or if you don't use a system for that category at all—just select "Other." We’ll help you bridge those gaps later; no climber gets left behind.

The Summit: What Happens Next?
Once you’ve logged your gear, we’ll analyze the data and schedule a Review Session (roughly 60 minutes). On that call, we will:
- Review your audit results together.
- Hand over your custom Velocity Action Plan.
- Deliver a Statement of Work (SOW) detailing exactly how we’ll help your business scale to the next peak.
