EmmerScale was born from a simple realization: most Visionaries are exhausted not by the climb itself, but by the weight of the gear they are carrying alone.
Our founder, David Gullotti, launched EmmerScale after decades as an executive leader and business owner in the franchise sector. Having hit his own "growth ceilings," David built the company to be the partner he wished he’d had—one that doesn't just point to the summit but helps carry the pack.
What began as a solo advisory practice has evolved into an Expedition Force of nearly 20 specialists. We bring over 30 years of combined experience navigating the complexities of emerging mid-market firms and Private Equity-backed organizations.
We operate with a "Buffalo Culture": while others retreat from operational storms, we charge into them.
